We received a complimentary upgrade since the car we had originally booked was unavailable. Unfortunately, when the replacement car was presented to us, it had a flat tire that needed to be repaired. Our rental was scheduled for 10:30 AM, but it was delayed until 2:45 PM when we finally received the car. This setback caused a delay in our trip to Chamonix, which was disappointing given our tight travel schedule. Mr. Sunny was very apologetic and kept us informed throughout the repair process, which we really appreciated. He even called his manager to inquire about offering us a small discount on the rental. Overall, our experience with SIXT was positive, despite the issue with the flat tire.
